Abandoned Bridge
A friend of mine, who is a photografer too, shot a videoclip for a band in Belgium. The shooting took place on top of an old railwaybridge. It looked really cool and I decided to search for it on Google Maps, since I already knew in which town this one was located. All I had to do was zoom in a bit and search for anything crossing the water. Then I found it, and three days later I went there with my boyfriend and another friend of ours.
We had to walk through a muddy field, fight our way through some bushes but eventually we found the old railway. Which led us to the bridge. It was cold and rainy and all the metalworks where wet and slippery. So we had to be careful. We climbed over some metalwall and walked over the railway untill a gate stood in our way. My boyfriend and his friend climbed over it, but since I'm affraid of heights, I skipped that one. I took some very nice shots and decided to have a look around to see if I could get some shot from another angle. Then my sweet boyfriend decided to climb along the bridge untill he reached a seperate building/statue kinda thing. Damn that was high. I took some shots and waited for him to get back. Then he shouted ''This is great, give me your camera!''. So he came back, took my camera and climbed back. God was I terrified. But afterwards, when I was working the pictures in Lightroom, it turned out he made some really cool shots!
